Starting salary: PO3 – PO4 £44,331 to £49,551

Are you passionate about driving digital transformation and enhancing the user experience? We are looking for an experienced content designer to help us with the development of a new staff intranet. You will be responsible for content reviews and migration, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure the highest levels of usability and accessibility.

About the Role

As a Digital Content Designer, you will be a key part of the intranet project team, whilst also working closely with the existing content design team - helping out with content tasks on other websites where needed. You will work on content reviews and migration, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure that the new intranet meets the highest standards of usability and accessibility.

Main Responsibilities

• Conduct content reviews and oversee content migration for the new staff intranet.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure high levels of usability and accessibility.
• Collaborate with the existing content design team on other website content tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with information security, management, and data protection regulations.
• Support the achievement of benefits described in business cases.

We Are Looking For

• Experience of working on large intranet projects - preferably in local Government.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills.
• Experience working with Drupal CMS, Google Analytics, and SharePoint will be a bonus.
