We're hiring a Demand Gen marketer who will be marketing to marketers 🔃

What I love about this role is that you'll be working with people like YOU and be the voice of our ideal buyers within the org. A marketer's role at N.Rich is so so much different from what I've seen in most companies. It's not easy - we're not immune to common problems of sales-led tech orgs - but that's going to be an exciting journey for sure.

🎯What you’ll own

  • Own marketing pipeline generation for ICP-led campaigns across the US and Europe, focusing on high-ACV (100k+) sales-led motions.
  • Design and execute multichannel campaigns: digital ads, social, outbound, AI SDR-style automations, offline events, and webinars.
  • Collaborate with SDR/BDR and AEs to refine ICPs, target accounts, and messaging.
  • Build and maintain automations with n8n/Make/Zapier to connect data sources, enrich data with tools like Clay, orchestrate workflows, and scale delivery.
  • Leverage AI with automation to accelerate research, A/B testing, asset production, personalization, and workflow orchestration.
  • Run experiments: test hypotheses, instrument funnels, measure outcomes, and scale only what works.
  • Apply growth marketing practices: focus on conversion optimization, funnel experimentation, and modern A/B testing approaches.
  • Balance creative and technical execution: craft messaging that resonates while automating repeatable processes 

✍️Qualifications

Must-haves

  • 3–6 years of demand generation or growth experience in B2B SaaS, with proven pipeline contribution in enterprise/high-ACV motions.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and run ICP-driven campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social, outbound, events).
  • Strong automation skills: fluent in n8n, Make, or Zapier for connecting data, building workflows, and scaling output.
  • Familiarity with scripting/code to troubleshoot and extend automations (SQL, Python, or JavaScript).
  • Experience with CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms.
  • Track record of working hand-in-hand with SDRs/BDRs to drive SQL creation.
  • Comfortable using data enrichment tools like Clay as part of workflows.
  • Deep understanding of ABM and ICP-led go-to-market.
  • Able to work in CET–EET time zones with overlap to ET hours

Nice-to-haves

  • Ability to leverage AI for creative asset production (ads, email copy, landing page variants).
  • Familiarity with ABM display/programmatic campaigns.
  • Broader growth marketing exposure: CRO, funnel analytics, or experimentation frameworks.
