We're looking for talented English writers to help shape how AI understands and produces creative language. You'll bring your writing instincts, editorial eye, and storytelling craft to a role that sits at the exciting intersection of human creativity and cutting-edge AI — working on projects with leading research labs, entirely on your own schedule.

Whether you're a novelist, poet, copywriter, journalist, or screenwriter, your skills are directly applicable here. No AI experience required.

What You'll Do

• Write original creative content across genres including fiction, narrative, dialogue, and editorial
• Evaluate AI-generated English text for voice, tone, creativity, and coherence
• Rewrite and polish AI outputs to sound more natural, engaging, and human
• Identify issues with pacing, word choice, clichés, and stylistic inconsistencies
• Provide structured feedback on creative quality using rating scales and written notes
• Craft diverse writing prompts to challenge and improve AI capabilities
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Native or near-native fluency in English with excellent writing skills
• A genuine passion for creative writing — fiction, poetry, copywriting, screenwriting, or any creative form
• Strong sense of voice, tone, and style across different writing contexts
• Keen eye for detail including grammar, syntax, and narrative structure
• Ability to adapt your writing to different genres, audiences, and formats
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

• Published writing, a portfolio, or a degree in English, Creative Writing, Journalism, or a related field
• Experience with editing, copywriting, or content creation
• Familiarity with multiple writing styles and literary traditions
• Background in storytelling, worldbuilding, or character development
