🔥 Your mission: Turn YOPE into stories people actually want to watch. Write scripts, run our voice on Threads and X, and give our creators the hooks and templates that spark viral videos.

What you'll do:

• Write scripts for our short-form video content (including our scripted series) — narrative-first pieces where YOPE lives inside a real story, not as an ad
• Build storyboards/shot breakdowns alongside your scripts so the team can shoot fast
• Own our official Threads + X channels: write and run the main posts, keep the voice sharp and consistently on-brand
• Create content plans and ready-to-use templates for our creators (hooks, on-screen text, post ideas they can adapt)
• Stay deep in trends and anti-trends: know what's peaking, what's burnt out, and what's about to break
• Bring fresh angles and formats that push reach without feeling forced

Who we're looking for:

• A native-level English writer who gets Gen Z internet culture from the inside
• A real storyteller: you can take a product feature and build a hook, a tension, a payoff around it
• Fluent in TikTok / Reels / Shorts and the Threads/X tone (they're not the same, and you know the difference)
• Sharp instinct for what makes people stop scrolling, comment, and share
• Proactive and self-driven: you bring ideas, not just execute them

Nice to have:

• Experience writing for youth-focused brands, social apps, or creator/ambassador programs
• A portfolio of scripts, viral posts, or short-form content you've written
• An eye for visual storytelling (you think in frames, not just words)
