Creative Head

I'm looking for a Creative Head / CD to help shape the next chapter of Ting.

Over the last few years, we've built an incredible set of client partnerships. Now, our ambition is simple: raise the creative bar on every single piece of work we put out into the world.

We're looking for someone who's walked this path before. Someone who knows what it takes to build ideas that don't just look good, but move people, shape culture, and solve business problems.

Someone who can challenge briefs, inspire teams, push thinking, and create campaigns that clients are proud to put their name on.

What we're looking for:

• 7 to 12 years of experience in integrated marketing across digital and main.
• A strong grounding in both strategy and creativity.
• A portfolio of impactful campaigns and brands you've helped build.
• Someone who enjoys mentoring talent and elevating the work around them.
• Most importantly, someone who believes "good enough" never is.
