If you've been creating content for a year or two. Maybe three. You call yourself a content creator, a designer, a social media specialist… the title doesn't matter. What matters is that you do more than one thing, and you do all of them with taste.
Most content roles hand you a calendar someone else filled and ask you to keep it fed. This is the opposite of that.
You'd work on brands that haven't figured themselves out yet. An early-stage founder who can't name what their brand sounds like. A growth-stage company whose story hasn't caught up to how fast they're moving. Your job is to make the content that helps them find their story. You'd own it end to end, from the idea to the output that ships.
That means we need someone who already works like that. You write. With or without AI. We don’t care about that. What we do care about is can you chew on a sentence long enough to decide whether it’s worth swallowing or spitting out. You design without waiting for a template or a brief four people signed off on. You know why something lands as a carousel and dies as a static, because you've tested it, not because you read it somewhere. You have real opinions about why a brand's feed works or doesn't, and you'll defend them on a call.
You also make things in public. An Instagram account, a newsletter, a blog. Anything. Something that's yours. We're going to look at it with big judgy eyes.
The role is part-time, remote, ₹30,000/month, with a three-month probation before we talk about what's next.

Who we are
A senior-led collective of experienced brand and content strategists. We pool our complementary skills to deliver thoughtful solutions tailored to each business' unique story. We operate as a flexible network rather than a traditional agency, ensuring the people who pitch the work are the ones who actually deliver it. We champion clarity, creativity, and collective ownership in everything we do.
Who we are not
We are not a large, bureaucratic agency with layers of hierarchy, nor a “full-service” shop that overpromises and under-delivers. We’re also not a loose referral group with no quality control. Unlike agencies that use juniors or account managers as intermediaries, our clients never get a bait-and-switch – they work directly with seasoned strategists at every step. We don’t do one-size-fits-all execution. In short, we are strategic, collaborative partners – not an ad-spend mill or a corporate machine.
We’re looking for someone who makes things, has a point of view, and wants to work on interesting brand problem statements. Keep it short, specific, and real.
