- This is not an entry level role or a “next step” role. You already know what you’re doing. You can handle pressure, clients, feedback, chaos and still make outstanding work. You have taste. Real taste.
- You know how to fight for ideas without turning every conversation into a battle. You care about building teams, mentoring creatives and getting the best out of people.
- And most importantly, you listen. You understand what clients are actually asking for and know how to solve problems instead of decorating decks with trendy nonsense.

Everything else is secondary.
