Writers are a funny bunch.
They read everything.
Billboards. Menus. Package copy. The sides of a trucks.
They're slightly neurotic about typos. They dream about headlines.
They know that three great words beat thirty pretty good ones.
And every once in a while, they read a line and think, "Damn...I wish I'd written that."
If you're smiling right now, we're probably looking for you.
Crackerjack is on the hunt for our next Creative Copywriter.

Creative Copywriter
We’re looking for the kind of writer who sees a blank page and thinks, Ooooh…
The kind who rewrites the headline in their head while walking past a billboard.
Who knows the difference between “fine” and “damn, that’s good.”
Who understands that sometimes the hardest part of writing is deleting the sentence you secretly love.
If that’s you, hi.
We’re Crackerjack—a boutique creative agency in downtown Boston—and we’re looking for a copywriter who loves ideas as much as words.
Not someone who fills space.
Someone who fills notebooks.
Because around here, you’re not just writing copy. You’re helping create the idea behind it.
One day you might be naming a campaign. The next you’re writing a CEO speech, a social campaign, a website, a video script, a billboard, an annual report, or the line that ends up on a T-shirt everyone actually wants to wear.
You’ll have a seat at the table. Your ideas will matter. Your coworkers will make your work better, and you’ll make theirs better, too.
We’re together Monday through Wednesday because brainstorming is better in person. Thursdays and Fridays we work remotely because life is easier with a little flexibility.
We’re serious about doing great work. We just don’t take ourselves too seriously.
We celebrate wins. We laugh a lot. We share ideas freely. We keep the snack cabinet stocked. And yes, we spend an unreasonable amount of time debating where to order lunch.
Most important, we hire good humans who happen to be really good at what they do.
It’s made Crackerjack a pretty great place to work.
Think you’d fit in? Let’s find out.
