What can you expect:
As a Creative Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in the creative workflow, contributing to ideation and overseeing campaign execution. Youβll work closely with the Creative Manager to bring visions to life and ensure brand coherence across various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Creative Conceptualisation and Delegation:
- Responsible to generate and present creative ideas and strategies that are effectively implemented from conceptualisation through to assigned project/accounts completion, ensuring each initiative contributes to assigned tasks success and client satisfaction.
- Participate actively in brainstorming sessions, offering creative insights and ideas for campaigns.
- Delegate responsibilities to your team and train them in whatever is necessary to enhance their skills and contribute to the creative process.
- Ensure a fruitful expenditure of the budget, regardless of its size, whenever assigned to campaigns.
B. Qualitative Analysis:
- Ability to read data reports and revise the vision based on data presented by the analytics team to maximise audience engagement.
- Assist in assembling a qualitative analysis report periodically for campaigns to facilitate learning and improvement.
- Demonstrate foresight in requesting data as needed to analyse content performance.
C. Seamless Coordination:
- Support and collaborate with various teams, offering guidance and assistance in executing their creative tasks.
- Engage with clients to comprehend their needs and vision, ensuring clear communication and building trust in the creative process.
- Coordinate with the production team to bring creative concepts to life, ensuring a smooth transition from idea to execution.
D. Bring Structure:
- Help the team overcome hurdles by suggesting solutions and introducing more structure to enhance efficiency.
- Proficiently use Word, PowerPoint, and even Excel to present your ideas seamlessly.
E. Short Format Video Execution:
- Curate, oversee production and execute ideas end-to-end for short format videos.
- Ensure ideas are executable even with a phone, enabling capitalization on online moments and trends before they fade.
F. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Designers, Production, and Account Management specialists to deliver integrated Creative solutions.
G. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely within the team and other teams like Brand Solutions, Account Management, Production, Edit Team to understand project requirements and deliver shoots that meet client needs.
H. Time Management: Ensure all assigned projects meet deadlines.
I. Pitch Development
- Brainstorming Creative Concepts: Generate innovative and engaging content ideas tailored to the client's needs and goals, ensuring each pitch is unique and compelling.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to inform content ideation, ensuring pitches are relevant and strategically aligned with current industry trends and audience preferences.
- Collaborative Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and product experts, to refine and develop content ideas that effectively communicate the pitch's value proposition and key messages
K. Client Servicing and Coordination: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and expectations.
Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
-1 year to 2 years of experience in copywriting or creative content development within a marketing or advertising agency.
- Proven ability to create compelling and engaging content across various platforms.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading and editing skills.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools related to copywriting and content creation.
- Proactive ideation skills and ability to build client rapport
