YOUR ROLE

As a Brand & Retention Copywriter, you will shape NATURTREU's content voice throughout the entire customer journey.

You will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and strategically developing all texts – from product pages and CRM communication to campaigns, packaging, and app content. You will ensure that every phrase aligns with our scientifically grounded, nature-inspired brand voice, complies with health claims, and measurably contributes to conversion, retention, and engagement.

Working closely with Brand, CRM, Design, Product Management, and SEO, you will actively contribute your expertise to growth projects – particularly in the areas of internationalization, customer activation, and expert programs.


THESE ARE YOUR TASKS

Text creation along the customer journey:

  • You develop and optimize texts for all key touchpoints – from product pages to CRM and campaigns, to packaging and app content.
  • You structure landing pages, develop clear messaging architectures, and ensure the content consistency of all channels.

Brand tone & compliance:

  • You are responsible for the consistent application and further development of our style guide.
  • You ensure that all content is scientifically sound and compliant with health claims.

Retention & Performance:

  • You design lifecycle flows, reactivation campaigns, and push and in-app copy to strengthen conversion and customer loyalty.
  • You work with data, conduct A/B tests and derive concrete optimizations.

SEO & Internationalization:

  • You create search intent-based content in close coordination with SEO and work routinely with keyword strategies.
  • You will provide support with transcreation and linguistic adaptation for new markets (e.g., NL, CH, AT).

Expert programs:

  • You develop evidence-based training and argumentation materials.
  • You clearly distinguish between end-customer language and technical communication.


THESE SKILLS MAKE YOU STAND OUT

  • Industry experience & regulatory certainty: You have proven copywriting experience in the NEM, health or regulated environment and possess in-depth health claims know-how.
  • Excellent language skills: You formulate complex content clearly, empathetically and naturally – with a scientific foundation, but without unnecessary jargon.
  • SEO expertise: You have experience with keyword research, search intent and on-page optimization, and you are proficient in using tools like SEMrush.
  • CRM & Testing Experience: You have experience in lifecycle marketing, A/B testing, as well as app, push and microcopy.
  • Analytical thinking: You work in a data-driven way, recognize optimization potential, and combine creativity with an understanding of performance.
  • Brand understanding & quality sensitivity: You work precisely, in accordance with rules and with high standards for linguistic quality.
  • Communication skills & Ownership: You communicate effectively, handle feedback confidently, and prioritize multiple projects in a structured and timely manner.
  • Plus: You are fluent in Dutch and have experience in DE↔NL transcreation.
