Copywriter
The Brand BrewI've been trying to hire a copywriter for months now. It's going terribly.
Yes people are applying but everyone sends me the same thing. A resume with "creative storyteller" in the headline and a portfolio that reads like it was written by the same AI tool.
So let me be try and be specific about who I'm looking for.
I need someone who's chronically online. Who understands and appreciates good content. Who sees a ridiculous meme and saves it as a reference. Basically, someone who writes for social like they actually use social.
We work with some of the most exciting D2C and F&B brands in the country at The Brand Brew and hopefully you can too. Sure, you can use AI but as a thinking partner, not a ghostwriter. If your best work needs a prompt, this isn't for you.
Don't send me a normal application. Send me your resume, your work, your salary expectation, and then convince me you're creative. However you want. Write something. Make a scrappy video. Record a rap. Send a letter by pigeon if you can figure out the logistics.
