We’re looking for a copywriter + community manager who can think, write, and execute across the entire brand:
Social (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook — organic + paid)
CRM + email (Klaviyo flows, campaigns, messaging)
Website copy (landing pages, product pages, hooks that convert)
This is a role for someone who understands that:
the best brands don’t just show up — they connect.
You’ll:
Concept and write content that people actually stop for
Develop ideas that translate across organic, paid, and email
Support paid social (Meta + TikTok) with copy and testing angles
Manage community (comments, DMs, tone, presence) like it matters
Help shape how brands feel, not just what they say
You don’t need to be senior.
But you do need to know what you’re doing.
If you’ve never:
Written for social in a real way
Touched paid ads
Written emails or site copy that drive action
Managed a brand’s community
This probably isn’t the role for you.
We move fast.
We have high standards.
And we care a lot about the details most people overlook.
We also care a lot about energy.
That’s the difference between content that exists and content that works.
This will start freelance, with the potential to grow into full-time.
