We are seeking a master wordsmith with a knack for navigating the nuances of language to join our team as a full-time Writer. You will be responsible for translating content outlines submitted by clients
or the storyarb team, and translating each piece into compelling content that converts. You’re not afraid to dig into details, researching various industries and niches to ensure content is created and elevated from a place of knowledge. You’ll utilize your skillset to turn the stories of world-class execs and businesses into killer copy across content types: from executive social, to company social, newsletters, email copy, case studies and more.

Your versatility as a writer is one of your most prized assets. Like a chameleon, you adapt to various voices, crafting narratives that feel deeply human (AKA you write like you speak). You’re
format-agnostic, a creative force capable of weaving engaging stories across any medium. Whether it’s crafting compelling social posts, authoring insightful whitepapers, or bespoke newsletters, your ability to maintain high-specificity and on-voice content captures and holds the audience’s attention, regardless of the platform. At your core, you embody humility. You understand that greatness in writing doesn’t stem from ego but from the ability to learn, adapt, and collaborate. Your coachability makes you
an invaluable partner — not just to your fellow teammates and clients, but to your readers.
REQUIRED SKILL SET:
● Strong copywriting chops (hooks, story flow, specificity, etc.)
● Excellent written, oral communications and listening skills
● Eye for tone and design, with ability to identify, create, and adhere to client voice and brand visuals
● Experience with multiple content formats and platforms, including Notion (our CMS)
● Work closely with our editorial team to ensure copy aligns with client messaging and goals
● Significant experience creating content for multi-channel distribution, from social on LinkedIn & X,
to newsletters, landing pages, email campaigns, ebooks, and more
● Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment, manage multiple clients simultaneously, and gear-shift swiftly
● Willingness to take the reins and figure it out
● Crazy attention to detail
● Furiously curious
