We're seeking a talented, detail-oriented Copywriter to craft compelling, on-brand content that informs, inspires, and drives action. This role is ideal for a versatile writer who thrives across multiple formats-from product packaging and user manuals to digital campaigns and press releases. You'll collaborate closely with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure a consistent voice, clear messaging, and high-quality storytelling across all customer touchpoints.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Write clear, engaging, and conversion-focused copy across a wide range of mediums, including websites, emails, social media, advertisements, product descriptions, and marketing collateral
- Partner cross-functionally with design, marketing, product, and other stakeholders to develop messaging aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and tone
- Conduct research to understand target audiences, product features, and competitive landscapes
- Support campaign and product launches with compelling headlines, taglines, value propositions, and calls to action
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels and content types
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Types of Copy You'll Work On:
- Product Content: User manuals, info pages, packaging, detailed product descriptions, and feature highlights
- Sales & Marketing Materials: Sales sheets, presentations, retail/trade displays, and press releases
- Digital & Web Copy: SEO-optimized website content, landing pages, FAQ's, blogs, email campaigns, and paid ad copy
- Social Media: Captions and creative posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Creative Assets: Video scripts, creative briefs, and storytelling content
Required Skills/Abilities:
- 2–5 years of copywriting experience, preferably in a marketing, branding, or content-focused role
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work (e.g., digital, print, product, editorial)
- Exceptional grammar and writing skills
- Ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences and platforms
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Collaborative and open to feedback
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on PPC advertising, SEO, social media, and content marketing.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager) and ad optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools for keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
Schedule and Overtime:
Due to the nature of our business, overtime may be required, but not guaranteed, when attending events and other marketing-focused events like photoshoots. In most cases, marketing events are planned with at least one (1) month's notice. If work is required outside of regular business hours, the ability to work remotely may be approved based on manager discretion.
As a standard, Wonderfold/E Solutions strives to limit unnecessary overtime and will only allow approved overtime (like during busy periods). When unapproved overtime occurs, the overtime policy and procedure must be followed. During busy seasons, all rest and meal break policies must be followed unless approved by the manager and proper documentation is completed.
