This full-time, remote contract role focuses on writing blog-style content that makes self-service support in our Community channel more human, approachable, and effective.
What you’ll get to do:
· Write short- and medium-length articles for the community based on top support issues
· Research and repurpose high-value knowledge articles or cases into approachable formats
· Make technical content feel accessible and supportive
· Collaborate with support subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy
· Contribute to and help maintain the content calendar
· Use analytics to guide and improve content
· Support internal content planning and brainstorming sessions
