Job Description

The role 

We’re looking for a senior-level Copywriter who can write sharp copy for ads, emails, and performance campaigns, as well as thoughtful long-form content that deepens trust and engagement. You’ll be both a creator and a strategist, driving Solflare’s editorial evolution while ensuring our tone stays clear, human, and distinctly us.

Core responsibilities:

• Craft persuasive email and ad copy that converts awareness into action across paid and organic channels.
• Collaborate with performance marketing to align messaging with campaign goals and track engagement metrics.
• Plan, write, and edit stories that explain complex crypto topics in a relatable and engaging way.
• Optimize copy for readability, and conversions, while keeping the Solflare voice consistent.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Support to translate insights into meaningful narratives.
• Contribute to special projects, such as educational content, product launches, and brand campaigns.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• 5+ years of writing experience in product or tech companies to craft compelling, credible content.
• Expert-level writing, editing, and storytelling skills that adapt across platforms — from ads to emails.
• Strong understanding of analytics, and performance data to inform and refine content strategy.
• You think strategically - connecting content to broader brand and business objectives.
• Ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met with quality intact.

Nice to have:

• Experience working for an international product company and knowledge of CRM & AI tools.
