We’re building a smarter, more connected job board that helps people discover meaningful opportunities, and we need your help to spread the word. Our mission is to make the job search and hiring experience more effective, transparent, and human-centered.

We’re looking for someone to help drive sales growth and employer adoption of our job board. You’ll be working closely with our small, collaborative team to execute outreach strategies, build partnerships, and support our community of job seekers and employers.

$50/hr + bonus incentives
10-15 hrs/week

We’re looking for a part-time, contract Growth & Adoption Specialist to help drive sales growth and employer adoption of our job board. You’ll be working closely with our small, collaborative team to execute outreach strategies, build partnerships, and support our community of job seekers and employers.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct cold and warm outreach to employers to drive new job postings & platform adoption. 
  • Nurture and expand relationships with existing job posters to grow their usage into larger, ongoing deals
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective employer accounts
  • Develop and personalize sales messaging across email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
  • Support onboarding for new employer accounts and ensure a positive experience that encourages repeat business
  • Track outreach activities, sales metrics, and conversion results to inform strategy and improvements


What We’re Looking For

  • Sales or business development experience (bonus if in HR tech, recruiting or SaaS)
  • Proven ability to do effective cold outreach, manage a pipeline, and close deals
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and manage your time
  • Passion for career development, hiring, or workforce innovation is a plus

Details

Hours: 10-15 hours/week

Rate: $50/hour (paid biweekly or monthly)

Bonus: Based on quota attainment

Contract Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
