A client of ours is hiring two key roles to support an exciting next phase of growth for a premium, design-forward brand in the pet wellness / lifestyle space. These are hands-on, high-visibility opportunities with real ownership and room to make a noticeable impact.

For both roles, there is a strong preference for talent coming from premium wellness, elevated DTC, or modern consumer brands with a sharp eye for quality, storytelling, and customer experience.

Brand Copywriter
This is not an email-heavy lifecycle role or a click-to-convert ad writing role.

The team is looking for someone who can think bigger picture around how the brand speaks, educates, and inspires. Someone who understands voice, structure, and how messaging systems scale across channels.

Ideal for copywriters who think strategically but still enjoy hands-on writing.

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, premium consumer brand to find a Brand Copywriter who can help define how the company speaks across core customer touchpoints.

This is not a traditional performance-copy role focused only on emails, PDPs, or click-driven ad copy.

The team is looking for someone who can think more holistically about language, positioning, and customer understanding. Someone who knows how to build messaging systems that create consistency, clarity, and emotional connection as the brand scales.

This role is ideal for a copywriter who blends strong creative instincts with structured thinking.

What You’ll Do

Brand Voice & Messaging Systems

  • Help refine and evolve the brand’s tone of voice across channels
  • Build scalable messaging frameworks that can be used across web, paid, organic, packaging, and future launches
  • Create language systems that ensure consistency while allowing flexibility by channel

Product Philosophy & Storytelling

  • Translate the brand’s mission, values, and product philosophy into compelling customer-facing language
  • Write manifesto-style copy, campaign narratives, and foundational messaging
  • Help articulate why the product matters in a way that feels premium, clear, and differentiated

Information Hierarchy & UX Thinking

  • Improve how messaging is structured across web and digital experiences
  • Bring strong instincts around information hierarchy, clarity, and what customers need to understand first
  • Partner with design to create intuitive, compelling customer journeys

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with creative, marketing, and leadership teams
  • Help shape launches, campaigns, and broader storytelling initiatives
  • Contribute strategically while remaining hands-on in the writing

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of copywriting experience within premium wellness, beauty, lifestyle, or elevated DTC brands
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates brand storytelling, web messaging, campaign language, and foundational copy systems
  • Ability to think beyond one-off deliverables and build scalable messaging architecture
  • Deep understanding of tone of voice, customer psychology, and premium brand positioning
  • Strong instincts for clarity, hierarchy, and translating complexity into simple language
  • Comfortable collaborating directly with designers and marketers

Nice to Have

  • Experience launching or repositioning consumer brands
  • Background in wellness, nutrition, beauty, or lifestyle products
  • Experience writing for high-growth brands balancing performance with brand equity
