Content Writer Manager

Windsor.ai is hiring the writer who can take our content to the next level. This is a strategic content leadership role to build and own Windsor.ai's content function from the ground up, creating technically accurate, conversion-driven content for a SaaS data-integration platform serving 6,000+ customers.

As the voice of Windsor.ai, your work will shape how our customers, and the next 6,000, first understand what the company does.

What you'll do

• Develop the content roadmap and editorial calendar across blog, integration pages, and comparison content aimed at driving organic signups.
• Recruit, brief, and manage freelance and in-house writers covering marketing data, analytics, and integrations.
• Edit and quality-assure all content for technical accuracy, brand alignment, and audience relevance.
• Track organic traffic, rankings, and signup attribution to optimize performance.

Requirements

• A track record building or scaling content programs at a software or martech company.
• Ability to translate technical product documentation into accessible content.
• Demonstrated experience leading or managing writers and freelancers.

Bonus

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, GA4, Looker Studio, or Power BI.
• Data / analytics / martech audience writing experience.
• Basic SQL knowledge.

Location: Fully remote, with office locations available across Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Turkey, Spain, Italy, and Bulgaria.

Compensation: Competitive base salary with performance-based upside tied to organic growth.
