We're looking for a writer who actually thinks. Someone who understands how ideas move people, how content builds trust over time, and how to write original work that doesn't sound like every other piece of AI-generated noise polluting the internet right now.

What this role is:

You'll be writing original content for one of India's most ambitious design education brands. The work gets repurposed across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and wherever else the brand needs a voice. You're not just writing captions — you're shaping how a movement communicates.

What we actually need:

A writer who has a point of view. Someone who can take a complex design concept and make it sharp, clear, and interesting to a 22-year-old designer scrolling Instagram at 11pm. Someone who reads. Someone who can smell AI slop from a mile away because they would never produce it.

Experience in content writing is non-negotiable. A portfolio of real, original work is non-negotiable. Passion for design, education, or creative culture is a strong plus.

What we don't need:

• AI-generated submissions
• Writers who "can adapt their tone to anything" but have no voice of their own
• Anyone who has never read a long-form piece in the last 30 days
