Role

• Write blogs, collection page copy, and supporting content across various verticals like e-commerce (B2B), D2C, and more.
• Work from structured briefs and adapt to client-specific voice, tone, and rules, as well as internal processes as you onboard
• A writer should also be able to add creative inputs into content when required
• Verify all time-sensitive claims and data points before submission, with sources documented
• Produce clean, accurate, on-brief drafts with minimal back-and-forth
• Onboard quickly to new client accounts and internalise their editorial guides
• Room to grow into an editing role as you build expertise across accounts
• While we support AI workflows, we don't want writers to rely blindly on AI

What We're Looking For

Non-negotiable

• 2 years of content writing experience, at least 1 year in an agency
• Proven ability to write across multiple verticals and switch tone cleanly
• Strong fact-checking instincts: you don't publish a claim you haven't verified
• Can take a brief and produce a publish-ready draft with minimal revision rounds

Brownie Points

• B2B, e-commerce, or D2C writing experience (marketplace, export, or seller-facing content)
• Exposure to regulated or science-backed verticals (skincare, health, food)
• Working knowledge of SEO basics: keyword usage, heading hierarchy, search intent and more
• Familiarity with AI writing tools and workflows, but also knowing when not to trust their output
• Strong research skills: ability to source accurate, up-to-date information from complex sources, including government portals, policy documents, and research papers
• Strong command of English: grammar, sentence construction, and the ability to simplify complex information without losing accuracy, with a creative touch where the content calls for it
