About the role
The Content Writer is responsible for producing clear and engaging editorial content for a range of channels. You will create copy for consumer marketing programs, PR and media activity, partnerships and events, as well as content tailored to consumers, industry and corporate audiences. Working closely with internal teams and stakeholders, you will ensure all content reflects the organisation’s voice, aligns with agreed messaging and meets brand guidelines, while supporting broader business objectives.
You will also contribute to corporate writing and editing, including proofreading and sub-editing materials to maintain a consistent and professional standard. You will develop content for blogs, websites, eDMs and social media, as well as support media pitching and industry communications. A strong focus on accuracy and detail is essential, with responsibility for fact-checking and liaising with stakeholders to ensure quality at every stage. You will also play a part in improving processes and finding more efficient ways to plan and deliver content across the team.

About You
You are an experienced writer with a strong background in editorial and creative writing, ideally within a media or publishing environment. You are comfortable working across a range of formats, from eDMs, marketing campaigns and PR materials to blogs, websites and social media. With a clear and adaptable writing style, you can tailor content to different audiences while maintaining a consistent tone and meeting brand and editorial guidelines. You take pride in producing accurate, well-structured work, with careful attention to detail, including proofreading, editing and fact-checking.
You are organised and able to manage multiple projects at once, balancing competing priorities and delivering high-quality content to tight deadlines. You are collaborative and build effective relationships with internal teams and stakeholders to develop and refine content. You are also proactive in improving how work is done, looking for practical ways to streamline processes and deliver content more efficiently, while maintaining a high standard.
