The Role

We’re looking for a full-time Content Writer who can confidently write across formats, industries, and tones of voice. You’ll report directly to Lily and collaborate with a team of SEOs and writers to deliver high-performing content for our clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Write content that aligns with LEMA principles: clear logic, explicit language, memorable ideas, and actionable value
  • Create blog posts, landing pages, case studies, email copy, social captions, and more
  • Translate briefs into well-structured drafts that meet client goals
  • Adapt to various brand voices—from witty and casual to polished and professional
  • Conduct research and SME interviews when needed
  • Revise your work based on internal and client feedback
  • Work across multiple client accounts and manage deadlines independently

You’ll Thrive Here If You:

  • Have 2–5 years of professional writing experience (agency or in-house welcome)
  • Are obsessed with clarity, structure, and strategic storytelling
  • Can juggle multiple tones, formats, and industries with confidence
  • Care about how content performs—not just how it reads
  • Are open to feedback and love leveling up your work
  • Are organized, proactive, and comfortable working async

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have experience with both B2B and B2C brands
  • Are familiar with SEO best practices
  • Know how to spot gaps in briefs and ask smart questions
  • Have written for industries like SaaS, consumer tech, or finance
  • Are already familiar with the LEMA framework—or excited to master it
