We’re looking for an experienced Content Writer with Tech/SaaS expertise to join our team and contribute to the Coupler.io blog as the primary focus. You will create clear, engaging content that explains technical products and their benefits - helping business, sales, and marketing leaders understand the value of Coupler.io and its features.

Your skills

• At least 2 years of experience in content creation (blog posts, articles, e-books, newsletters, guides, landing pages, etc.)
• Experience with B2B SaaS products
• Ability to write about complex tech topics for a non-technical business audience
• Excellent research skills
• Fluent English (both written and spoken)
• Strong analytical skills and logical thinking
• Outstanding writing skills
• Advanced understanding of composition and storytelling
• Good communication skills
• Experience using AI tools for research and generating new ideas
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects

Would be a plus

• Understanding of Google Analytics and its functionalities
• Hands-on experience with data analytics and data tools

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research on assigned topics
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and other knowledge holders to create and improve content based on their best practices and use cases
• Create high-quality business-oriented content that goes beyond SEO
• Ensure that all content meets key requirements
• Cover various contexts and technical aspects of Coupler.io features
• Contribute to different areas of content creation (website, blog, YouTube, advertising, etc.)
