At RoundOne AI, we’re an AI-powered voice screening platform changing how hiring decisions get made and we’re looking for a writer who wants to be in the room where it happens.

We’re looking for someone with 2-3 years of experience, who is strong in:

✅ Writing and researching — clear, confident, not corporate
✅ Long-form content — blogs, guides, newsletters that are built to be read
✅ Content scheduling and publishing across LinkedIn and beyond
✅ Trend-spotting — you catch what’s happening in hiring and AI before it peaks
✅ Content ops — trackers, calendars, and zero dropped balls
✅ SEO and AEO basics — keywords, meta, on-page fundamentals
✅ Copywriting — Ad copy, email hooks, or anything that had to land in under five seconds.

Bonus points if you know Canva and can make scroll-stopping templates

We want someone who cares about the craft, can execute the strategy and loves working collaboratively.

• Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor US and UK hiring and AI news daily, flagging relevant trends for potential content opportunities.
• Conduct Research: Perform basic keyword research to support content creation and maintain a competitive edge.
• Organize Content Operations: Keep content trackers and calendars up to date, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

What we're looking for

• Experience: 2 to 3 years in content writing or a similar role, with a solid understanding of scheduling and publishing content across social platforms.
• Writing Skills: Strong writing ability that is clear, concise, and demonstrates a unique point of view.
• Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and reliable, with a knack for keeping things updated and meeting deadlines.
• Curiosity: A genuine interest in content, marketing, and the process of building a brand from the ground up.
• Platform Familiarity: Comfortable with LinkedIn and understands its functionalities beyond just usage.

Nice to have

• Design Skills: Experience with Canva to create eye-catching graphics and carousels.
• Copywriting Experience: Familiarity with crafting ad copy, hooks, and compelling headlines.
• Basic SEO Knowledge: Understanding of keywords, meta descriptions, and on-page optimization.
