About the Position

We're looking for a sharp, creative mind to join our team as a Content Strategist & Social Producer—someone who thrives in turning brand strategy into high-performing content across social media.

You’ll lead execution for client social content—bringing strategy to life through creative ideation, visual direction, analytics tracking, and engagement (when scoped). This is a hybrid role: part strategist, part creative, part get-things-done machine.

You’ll work alongside our Copywriter, Graphic Designers, and Account Strategist, and report directly to the Agency Ops Lead.


What You’ll Do

As our Content Strategist & Social Producer, you’ll be responsible for leading the creative direction, content execution, and performance tracking for client accounts.

Content Execution

  • Attend monthly planning calls with strategist to review client direction
  • Turn strategy into content ideas (think: carousels, reels, graphics)
  • Brief our designer on visual direction, ensuring alignment with brand tone
  • Schedule ready-to-publish content to our scheduler

Engagement + Performance

  • Monitor engagement on client accounts and flag opportunities to nurture community (if scoped)
  • Review performance monthly using our platforms, IG Insights, and client KPIs
  • Share findings + make content recommendations

Client Collaboration

  • Join monthly content planning calls with the client
  • Present content ideas clearly and confidently
  • Adjust tone/direction based on client feedback (via Slack or meetings)

Requirements

  • Located in the U.S.
  • 2+ years in a social/content role (agency experience is a major bonus)
  • Available to work 10–15 hours per week, Monday–Friday between 9am–5pm in your time zone
  • Attend weekly team meetings and provide updates on client accounts
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest marketing
  • Comfortable presenting on Zoom and writing Slack-friendly messages

Skills

  • Confident writing for a variety of brand voices and audiences
  • Strategic thinking with a creative edge
  • Comfortable using tools like Canva, Rella, ClickUp, and Google Suite
  • Familiarity with engagement metrics and performance tracking tools

Good to Have

  • Light graphic design or visual content creation experience
  • A collaborative attitude and openness to feedback
  • Ability to stay calm under deadlines and manage multiple accounts with ease

Logistics

  • Contractor role (1099)
  • 10–15 hours per week, flexible during M–F business hours
  • Fully remote, though we’re Texas-based (bonus if you are too!)
  • $20–$30/hr range depending on experience
