We are seeking a highly technically skilled Marketing Content Specialist to act as our viral content engine. This is not a traditional creative role; it is a fast-paced production position aimed at engineering virality through volume and data. You will have ownership of our short-form content testing across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, using cutting-edge AI tools to produce and publish dozens of clips daily.

Simultaneously, you will possess the vision and capability to plan and execute high-quality, long-form studio and field productions. You will then serve as the architect of our content repurposing strategy, breaking down these long-form assets into massive quantities of testable short-form clips to gather data on what resonates with our audience.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Digital Marketing, Communications, or similar. Real-world experience building viral content machines absolutely counts.
• A strong, varied portfolio is a must. You should be comfortable creating high-quality video, animation, and visual content across different formats - from polished studio-style pieces to fast, social-native content.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI-powered creative tools for video, image, and audio Comfortable using automation tools like Zapier, Make, or light scripting to speed up workflows. Solid skills with professional editing software are expected.
• Fast-moving, data-aware, and creatively bold. You like shipping often, learning from performance, and constantly improving.

Your will be responsible for:

• High-Volume Content Testing & Automation:
  • Take ownership of social media content testing strategies for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Youtube Shorts, always aiming for maximum viral reach
  • Utilise generative AI media tools to produce dozens of video clips daily, maximizing our chances of hitting viral triggers across multiple channels.
  • Design, build, and maintain automation processes capable of producing, scheduling, and publishing test content rapidly
  • Rigorously analyze performance data from content tests to identify successful patterns and immediately optimize the creation of new content batches

• Long-Form & Strategic Production:
  • Innovate, plan, and execute interesting, high-quality long-format content-both in studio settings and in the field-that builds company authority
  • Develop strategies to efficiently repurpose long-form assets into high volumes of short-format test clips
  • Ensure all content aligns with current trends and timely industry events

• Collaboration & Strategy:
  • Collaborate with external content creators and affiliates to create co-branded content and cross-pollinate communities
  • Work closely with the internal Community team to involve users and activate user-generated content initiatives
  • Actively support the broader marketing team in defining and refining the overall content strategy based on your data findings
