🚀 We're Hiring: Content Scheduler (Social Media VA)

📍 Remote | Part-Time / Contractor | Flexible Hours (PST availability required)

We're looking for a reliable Social Media VA to manage uploading and scheduling across our channels and select client accounts.

⚠️ This is NOT a content creation role — our editors handle the shorts and reels. Your job is making sure everything goes live on time, on the right account, with the right details.

What You'll Be Doing

• Upload and schedule content across 10–12 accounts (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn) — Mike, Matty, our joint channel, and client accounts
• Work ahead of the calendar — content queued and scheduled well before it's due, never last-minute
• Check every post for accuracy before it goes live: correct file, caption, account, and time
• Catch formatting issues, typos, broken links, or mismatched thumbnails before publishing
• Keep a clear, organized tracking system so nothing slips through the cracks
• Flag missing assets or unclear instructions early — not at the deadline

What We're Looking For

• Sharp attention to detail — small errors don't slip past you
• Naturally organized, plans ahead rather than working last-minute
• Can manage multiple accounts and a recurring schedule without dropping the ball
• Takes ownership of deadlines without needing reminders
• Comfortable with scheduling tools across YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Clear, proactive communicator

Nice to Have

• Experience writing social captions/copy for YouTube or Instagram
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite
• Prior experience supporting YouTubers or digital creators

Compensation

Starting rate: $300/month for content scheduling only. Remote, flexible schedule, contractor role — must be responsive during PST hours.
