About the Role

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Writer support content development for our customers.

This role will integrate into internal “Pods”, where you’ll work directly with the customer growth team to support the work.

What you WILL be doing in the short term:
1. Creating detailed article briefs that will be passed along to customer-side editorial teams Performing article optimizations and refreshes (updating existing content on clients’ websites to improve traffic potential, messaging, and conversion potential — in addition to editing and copyediting)

2. Writing content for our customers, powered by AI workflows which should provide a lot of the information and structure for you.

3. Providing feedback on AI workflows to help us set you up for success, while also keeping our output top-notch

4. Publishing changes to clients’ websites and working within different CMS software to implement changes.

5. Performing internal link audits (we have handy internal dashboards and tools that make this simple, but strong editorial sensibilities are important for these).

6. Assisting with some internal and external (client-facing) project management.

7. Supporting on topic and content audits as part of our SEO and content strategy initiatives.

8. Checking your Slack throughout the workday (during your working hours) in case teammates have questions or need feedback on something.

9. Joining these regular calls (and some more ad-hoc ones):

• Weekly company-wide catch-up on Mondays where we chat about our weekend
  (usually less than 30 min)
• ~Weekly sync with your ‘pod’
• 1:1’s with your manager as needed
• Monthly 60 min all-hands meeting

What this role does NOT involve:

Compensation

• Base + profit sharing — you'll have skin in the game! (once you become FT)
• $200 monthly remote working stipend
• $1K Home office budget (one time)
• $150 monthly food stipend, to do whatever you want at restaurants and grocery stores (via our client, Ramp!)
• Health stipend via QSEHRA for US-based folks
• Generous vacation policy, including mandated 2+ week consecutive vacation (meaning, you have to take 2 weeks off in a row), and expectation that you’ll take at least 28 days off per year (time off is important!)
• Team offsites once per year, where the whole company gets together in person for a working week.
