Job Objectives

The Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing content-driven marketing initiatives that support brand awareness, engagement, and enrollment goals. This role focuses on storytelling, content creation, campaign execution, and cross-channel consistency across email, web, social media, and digital campaigns. This position collaborates closely with Enrollment and Operation teams.

Core Responsibilities

Content Creation & Campaign Execution

  • Create compelling, persona-driven content that presents Roberts programs with a distinct voice and perspective.
  • Write enrollment-focused marketing content that builds trust in the Roberts brand and its academic programs.
  • Develop content for email campaigns, print collateral, digital ads, blog posts, and web landing pages.
  • Write and edit program-specific marketing content across multiple channels including email, direct mail, program pages, social media, and blogs.
  • Edit and refine third-party vendor materials such as emails, direct mail, digital/print ads, and landing pages.
  • Integrate SEO strategy into content creation by identifying and incorporating relevant keywords before writing.

Marketing Project Coordination

  • Manage marketing projects for Adult & Graduate Enrollment (AGE) and Undergraduate Admissions.
  • Coordinate with program directors, recruiters, admissions teams, and web staff to gather content and move projects forward.
  • Work with internal departments to translate program expertise into clear, effective marketing content.
  • Maintain the master schedule of communications across channels and audiences throughout the year.
  • Coordinate integrated marketing efforts with external agencies during high-volume campaign periods.
  • Provide feedback and direction to the enrollment marketing agency on emails, direct mail, ads, images, and landing pages.
  • Program Marketing

Program Marketing

  • Support marketing initiatives for both Adult & Graduate programs and Traditional Undergraduate admissions.
  • Develop and execute marketing tactics that support enrollment goals, including email, direct mail, digital campaigns, events, social media, and college fairs.
  • Partner with admissions and academic departments to identify program marketing goals and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and manage a content schedule for print collateral and other program marketing materials.
  • Create and manage email communications using platforms such as HubSpot and Slate.
  • Update undergraduate admissions web pages and program content in collaboration with the web team using Umbraco.

The approved rate of pay is : $21.00/hr

Requirements

 Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, information systems, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or CRM/email campaign operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Slate CRM is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in campaign management, segmentation, dynamic content, and testing in an email marketing tool or CRM.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and campaign attribution.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple simultaneous campaigns.
