Skale is looking for a fast-moving, creative Content Marketing Specialist to fully own our website, own our monthly prospect newsletter, and build a content engine that drives inbound growth.

This isn’t client work- it’s about taking our site, blog, and landing pages, and turning them into a lead-generating machine. We want someone obsessed with creating content that ranks, excited about AI, and eager to showcase our expertise to the world.

What You’ll Do (and Own, Fully)

• Own Skale.so: every page, article, and improvement is yours to run, test, and optimize.
• Write SEO-driven content: articles, landing pages, and resources that bring in high-intent traffic.
• Do key SEO tasks:  internal linking, on-page optimizations, keyword research, and competitor analysis to grow organic traffic.
• Tell the world what we’re testing: you’ll write about our expertise, wins, and lessons from growing Skale.
• Build and polish case studies that prove our impact.
• Run our monthly prospect newsletter: keeping Skale top-of-mind with news, insights, and industry trends.
• Team up with our dev & PR crew: they handle technical fixes and backlinks, while you focus on making the site better every single week.

What Success Looks Like

• KPI = MQLs. You’ll measure everything by how well it drives leads.
• You’re shipping fast and often, not waiting for permission or overthinking every detail.
• You’re testing and tweaking constantly, aiming for momentum over perfection.

What We’re Looking For

• You must be self-employed to join Skale.
• 3+ years of content marketing experience. You’ve written content that ranks.
• Speed > perfection. You’d rather ship 10 good pages than 2 perfect ones.
• Curious about AI:  you want to write about it, test it, and push the boundaries of how content is created.
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects without slowing down.
• Basic SEO skills (keyword research, internal linking, on-page optimizations) — you don’t need to be an SEO wizard (we have experts for that), but you know what makes content perform.
• Bonus: You’ve run newsletters or content campaigns before.
