We are looking for a passionate Marketing professional to join our US team. As a Content Marketing Manager at VTEX, you’ll be an integral part of our U.S. demand generation team, a small yet high-performing group known for its versatility and commitment to results. Your primary role will be to develop compelling content that resonates with our audience, enhances our brand presence, and supports our marketing and customer success initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and write engaging case studies, highlighting customer success and product impact.
  • Refine and enhance website copy to improve user experience and SEO.
  • Assist in the development of video marketing and sales content, from conceptualization to execution.
  • Create technical marketing and sales content that demonstrates VTEX’s expertise in the ecommerce domain.
  • Support marketing campaigns with innovative content strategies.
  • Engage in partner marketing efforts to align and amplify our brand message.
  • Support customer success efforts through targeted content creation.
  • Initiate and drive new data-backed content initiatives, utilizing AI tools for content generation and analysis.
  • Embrace and familiarize yourself with VTEX’s core 10 KPIs and how your role can directly influence and impact these critical business metrics.
  • Commit and challenge yourself to become more knowledgeable in digital commerce and technical architecture, including pursuit of commerce and technical certifications.
  • Build relationships with contacts at customers, industry thought leaders, and VTEX partners to enhance marketing content quality.

Who you are

  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in the technology or ecommerce sector.
  • Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience in developing copy for campaign materials (e.g. ads, abstracts, case studies, blogs, eBooks, emails, and social channels)
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for ecommerce and digital innovation.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Midjourney for content creation.
  • An engineering or problem-solving mindset, capable of handling technical content effectively.
  • Analytical skills: able to work with data for data-driven content pieces.
  • Ability to wear multiple hats and excel in a dynamic, result-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Preferred Location:

  • Ideally based in the New York City area, but exceptional remote candidates will be considered.
  • Willingness to travel at least every other month.
