This person needs to have a diverse set of skills and qualities that cover both the strategic and the tactical aspects of content marketing.
Our ideal candidate will have no problem rolling up their sleeves to build structure and high quality processes that elevates our content and brand in each market. This person should be excited about working directly with various stakeholders to understand what is needed to drive organic growth internationally as well as creating relevant content strategies to convert demand through all stages of the prospect journey. This job must be located in Dublin, Ireland OR London, UK.
About this roll* (Responsibilities)
- 6-8 years proven experience in a content marketing role, demonstrating the ability to use content effectively to drive traffic.
- Strong understanding of **SEO best practices** and the ability to optimise content for organic traffic generation.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and driving **organic growth** through content.
- Comfortable analysing data to inform content strategy and measure content performance
- Familiarity with **content management systems**, various marketing channels, and knowledge of which content formats work best in different contexts.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing content projects.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently, while also being a collaborative team player.

- Experience with international markets and adapting content strategies accordingly
- Previous involvement in scaling business growth through effective content strategies.
- Familiarity with multichannel content distribution and promotion tactics (e.g., guest posting, co-marketing, paid advertising).
- Ability to educate internal teams and create guidelines for international markets on copy best practices.
- Proven track record of building high-quality processes that enhance content and brand visibility across markets.
- Strategic mindset with the capability to craft compelling content visions aligned with overall business objectives.
- Experience in defining and tracking key metrics related to content performance (e.g., traffic, engagement, leads, conversions, retention).
