We are building Lightfield to be the most helpful, valuable, and significant company in GTM tech. Since we launched less than a month ago, hundreds of the fastest growing early-stage start-ups have already moved from legacy CRMs to Lightfield.
We’ve built a generational product, and now we’re building the team that will propel us toward category leadership.
To start, I’m hiring three roles that will work side-by-side with me, our founders, and our R&D team in our SF office to shape our go-to-market:
GTM Engineer - Design our go-to-market systems, processes, and tech stack from the ground up, with Lightfield at the core.
Content Marketing Manager - Build and own our editorial calendar, crafting the world’s most engaging and helpful content on founder-led sales and AI-native GTM.
Head of Community - Mobilize the early-stage founder ecosystem around Lightfield.

We are backed by Greylock, Lightspeed, and Coatue, and our team previously built Tome, a generative AI presentation product used by over 25 million people. Before Tome, many of us worked on Llama, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Pinterest, Google, and Salesforce.
About the role
We are building Lightfield to be the most helpful, valuable, and significant company in GTM tech. To do this, we're assembling an elite go-to-market team to establish category leadership in CRM, and are starting by partnering with the most innovative early-stage companies.
We’re hiring for a Content Marketing Manager to build the Lightfield content engine end-to-end — from founder LinkedIn posts to top 0.1% guides, product breakdowns, and customer stories. This person will report directly to our Head of GTM.
