Pouchers is a FinTech startup launching in late February to early March, offering a multi-currency platform for seamless cross-border payments. As an independent brand from its parent company, Prestmit (700k users), Pouchers seeks to establish a distinct content strategy that resonates with young, brand-conscious users. A key part of this role involves refining the landing page and go-to-market messaging for credibility and cohesion.

Role Overview:
We are looking to hire a proactive Content Marketing Manager to lead content initiatives across our blog, social media and email channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute a content strategy that differentiates Pouchers from Prestmit.
  • Manage and create content for the website, blog, email, and social media.
  • Optimize landing pages and go-to-market messaging for credibility and conversion.
  • Implement SEO best practices while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Drive social media growth, with a focus on TikTok and other high-impact platforms.
  • Collaborate with designers, social media managers, and internal teams to execute the strategy.
  • Analyze content performance to adjust the strategy accordingly.

Requirements & Skills:

  • 3-5 years of content marketing experience, preferably in FinTech.
  • Expertise in content strategy, SEO, and multi-channel distribution.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Experience optimizing landing pages and crafting effective brand messaging.
  • Experience auditing content performance and setting strategic and tactical content goals.
  • Proactive, innovative, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of social media trends and SEO and content marketing tools.

Compensation:

  • N300,000 - N500,000 monthly (Final rate based on experience).
  • Employee benefits.
