I'm hiring a Content Marketing Intern at Zenskar to help me take the content engine from 1 to 10.
You’ll:
→ Own end-to-end content distribution
→ Work with our Webflow developer to maintain technical SEO
→ Build and scale AI pipelines for copywriting and content repurposing
→ Drive proactive backlink acquisition through guest posts & collaborative content swaps
You need:
→ To be in final year (2026 graduate, essentially)
→ Strong ability to write clear, engaging, and concise content
→ Understanding of SEO best practices and Semrush, GA4, GSC fluency
→ Curious about AI content engineering (AirOps, n8n, Gumloop)
→ Have 1 internship in content marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS
→ Strong preference for tech background

Technical SEOAudit site speed, crawlability, structured data, and indexation; collaborate with developers to fix issues.Monitor HTML size, Core Web Vitals, and schema optimizations across high-traffic assets.Improve website architecture, internal link flow, and sitemap hygiene for efficient Googlebot crawling.Track SEO performance through tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs.Work with Webflow CMS to manage the SEO tasks pipeline.
Backlink buildingConduct regular backlink audits to identify and disavow toxic links, preserving domain authority and SEO health.Strategically cultivate partnerships with publishers, newsletters, and communities for high-DA placements; leverage AI for outreach personalization and link opportunity scouting.Drive proactive backlink acquisition through guest posts, HARO responses, and collaborative content swaps.
Ownership from Day 1: You’ll own and optimize all technical SEO assets.Rapid growth: Master SEO automation, schema implementation, social copywriting, and backlink tech stacks.Cross-functional Exposure: Collaborate with marketing to ship improvements.Flexible Setup: Remote-first environment.
Proof of work in SEO and content operations.Familiarity with Webflow CMS, GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, or Screaming Frog preferred.Understanding of HTML structure, sitemaps, and canonicalization basics preferred, but not mandatory.Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with an appetite to experiment and learn.Ability to manage distribution workflows systematically Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier, Clay, or GPT-based workflow builders
Fixed: ₹10,000-15,000 per month
Remote-first.
