Profile: Content Marketer.

Pay: $1000/month.

No geography or timezone restriction. 90% of the communication will be async via Slack.

After almost 2 years of running Youform as a 2-member team, doing $100k+ in revenue, 50k+ users and 1M+ submissions/month we are going to make our first hire.

Profile: Content Marketer

Responsibilities include: 

1. Making SEO landing pages. You need not be an expert in finding keywords. Right now we know what to build and you will do the execution. Together we will learn more ways to find high transactional keywords and soon you will be able to handle the complete research + execution part. For now just knowing basic HTML+Tailwind CSS is enough.
2. Making Youtube videos. You don’t need to have knowledge of sophisticated video editing softwares. You can just record videos using Loom or ScreenStudio and that’s enough for now. We do have some videos on our channel already and we are cool with such basic quality for now.
3. Making X/LinkedIn/Reddit posts. The goal with this is to post valuable contents constantly (3-4 a week) to remain relevant and visible in the online communities. We don’t post viral contents always, just what we are experiencing running Youform. You can browse our LinkedIn profile or X channels of Abhishek and Davis to see what type of posts we make. Hint: revenue milestone posts get good impressions but obviously we can’t post Stripe screenshots everyday. :)

Pay: $1000/month

Working hours: No work hours are tied in this job role. You are free to work from wherever you want and whenever you want. The only thing that matters is the output. Async communication 90% of the time. Zoom calls only when necessary.

Here is what you can do (pick any ONE):
1. Pick a topic from this list. Make a basic landing page that is consistent with Youform’s landing page design. Add relevant copy + images.

2. Create a Youtube video about a topic which you think we don’t cover in our channel already. Although it doesn't matter, you can just make existing ones better but finding a new topic is a bonus point. Keep the video length less than 10min (max). 

After you have created the content, post it in LinkedIn and/or X tagging Youform’s handle. The post can be text with the link to show the above work or it can be a video as well explaining what you did and the reasoning behind your decisions. Once we see it we will give your post a like = we acknowledged your work.

If we really liked the work we will approach you directly for a zoom call meeting and finalize the job offer.

Few things to note:

1. Don’t spend more than 2 hours on the assignment. 
2. We don’t expect you to make things pixel perfect that we can directly use in production. You will be doing that once you are hired. Your assignment work will never be used if we don’t hire you. So try to make something which is presentable. We want to see the thoughts and approach behind your work rather than the actual work for this assignment. 
3. HTML/CSS and the ability to talk in fluent English in front of the camera are 2 major criteria on which your profile will be considered. 
4. And as mentioned above, no DMs, emails or resumes will be entertained. Only apply as instructed in the above section.
