I’m hiring a content marketing leader to help shape Crescendo’s category story. This is *not* a write-30-blog-posts-a-month role.

The job is to translate how our AI actually works into a public story that moves as fast as the product—and over time, to build the POV that shapes how the market thinks about AI-native CX.

Looking for someone who gets technology at a real level, has the taste to make a hard idea land, and can use AI to turn one sharp idea into dozens of juicy pieces without any of them reading like slop.
