What's the role about? 💻

As our new Content Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in a strategic yet hands-on, inbound-driven marketing team. You’ll work across multiple areas of marketing - with a strong focus on planning, creating, and executing high-quality content, campaigns, and events across channels, markets, and partners.

You'll join a small but highly skilled marketing team where each member owns their specialist area while collaborating closely on shared projects. In this role, you’ll work closely with - and report directly to - our Head of Marketing Communications, who leads our overall content strategy. She will be going on parental leave later in 2026, but you’ll collaborate closely with her during the onboarding and handover period. Your role will focus on hands-on creation, execution, and production, while strategic direction continues to sit with our Head of Marcomms. 

This opportunity will give you the chance to work with experienced marketers, designers, and product experts - and gain true end-to-end ownership in a fast-paced SaaS scale-up environment. Your work will strengthen our brand, expand our reach, and support Eletive's growth ambitions.

What you'll do 🚀

In this role, you'll take the lead in delivering engaging and impactful content, events, and campaigns, including:

• Contribute to and help execute the annual marketing & communication plan.
• Plan, create, and publish content across Eletive's marketing channels (blog, website, newsletters, social media, paid media, etc.).
• Plan, produce, and execute virtual and physical events, including webinars, global virtual events, and in-person conferences.
• Create compelling content for our social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok/Reels.
• Coordinate and implement partner marketing campaigns across multiple markets and channels.
• Produce and manage email marketing campaigns.
• Develop, publish and optimize website content, including product updates, SEO initiatives, and campaign landing pages.
• Support product marketing initiatives and sales enablement content production.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all content is aligned, approved, and consistently on-brand.

To thrive in the role, we believe that you: 🌟

• Hold a degree in Marketing/Communications (YH, University College, or University) or equivalent.
• Bring a minimum of 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing or a similar digital marketing environment.
• Have hands-on experience from creating and editing content - including text, images, and video.
• See yourself as a digital native, confident using tools like editing software, CMS and CRM tools.
• Are confident in working with content production through AI.
• Are fluent in Swedish and English.
• Enjoy picking up a camera to capture photo or video, and feel comfortable editing your own material.
• Are creative, structured, proactive, and collaborative - someone who takes initiative and enjoys turning ideas into high-quality output.

This role requires authorization to work in Sweden as it’s based in Sweden. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time, but we welcome applications from everyone eligible to work in the EU.
