Marketing ops manager: Dynamics experience, with a focus on the traditional marketing ops "stuff"--CRM/automation integration, data quality, workflow, analytics.
Content manager: Owns website content, B2C and B2B collateral, and email. Partners closely with SEO agency. Looking for a good "from-scratch" writer. (I heart AI, but it's for refinement, not first draft.)
