The Role:

As Content Lead at Workflows.io, you'll be the face of our LinkedIn content services, leading interviews with founders of GTM-tech companies, and maintaining communication with them.

You'll be responsible for the following areas:

LinkedIn Content Services Leadership

  • Lead bi-weekly interview calls with B2B SaaS founders to extract content ideas
  • Individual contribution in content writing when needed
  • Maintain direct client communication and regular check-ins
  • Ensure team delivers 2-3 LinkedIn posts per week per client
  • Edit written LinkedIn content & designs from our internal content team to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Company Research: Deep dive into client business to understand product, niche and ICP
  • Founder Voice Development: Study and replicate each founders’ unique tone and communication style
  • Study Top LinkedIn Creators: Analyze top voices in each vertical to identify winning content patterns
  • Collaborate with our Designers: Create design briefs for infographics and carousels
  • Project Management: Collaborate in Notion & Slack for project management and documentation.

Success Metrics:

Content Services:

  • Team NPS average >8
  • Client retention >6 months
  • Case study/testimonial from >80% of managed clients (content service)
  • 100% of core processes documented in SOPs

Preferred Experience

Must have

  • 2+ years of Content writing experience in SaaS or agency environment
  • Experience with customer-facing roles
  • Genuine curiosity about AI & testing new tools
  • "Everything is figureoutable" mindset
  • Fluent in English.

Nice to have

  • Experience with sales
  • Experience with Clay and automation tools
