$75,000 - $95,000 USD yearly
Content and Copy Editing

My content agency, Compound, is hiring a Content Editor.

Our vision: build *the* premium content agency for B2B software and AI companies.

We’ve been at or near capacity since our inception 2 years ago. Scaling methodically and stacking client case studies. We had our first $1M revenue year in 2024 (year 2 of the business) and have ambitious growth plans in 2025.

Our Content team is the backbone of everything we do.

I’m confident that this is the best position you could take if your goal is to become a more skilled Content Editor.

You’ll get to learn from me and the rest of our team, and work with talented founders on their social & newsletter content. And you’ll get plenty of reps.

You’ll fit in at Compound if you:

- Are obsessive over the quality of your work. You’re a content nerd and have high standards for yourself and your team.
- Take ownership over your projects and client relationships. You read Extreme Ownership by Jocko Willink and nod along aggressively.
- Enjoy moving fast. Speed is our competitive advantage as an early-stage agency. I would not classify Compound as a ‘chill’ company. The best fit for this role thrives in a fast-moving company with high standards.

Qualifications for the Content Editor position:

- 3-5+ years of experience in B2B written content (agency experience is a plus)
- A strong understanding of B2B tech concepts and terminology
- Deeply familiar with LinkedIn content strategy
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills

Location: the Content Editor role is remote, US-based.

Salary: 75-95K USD, depending on experience.
