-Was briefly bothered by the repeated use of "difference." Feels better now.
-Has already gone through the three stages of AI adoption: Slightly offended. Cautiously curious. Officially converted after AI pulled all their email performance data into one glorious spreadsheet.

What the Role Is
Babylist is looking for an experienced Branded Content Editor who owns sponsored email from start to finish and leads how our team uses AI to build and scale that work.
This is a writing and editing role first and foremost, one that requires equal parts creativity and love of process (we know you're out there!). You're writing and designing on one hand, managing deadlines and multiple projects on the other. And if you had a third hand, it'd be dedicated to Slack. We use a market-based approach to compensation. The starting salary range for this role is:
$119,852 to $143,839
Your starting salary will be based on your location, experience, and qualifications, with increases over time tied to performance, role growth, and internal pay equity.
