We’re looking for someone to help execute our content engine.

This role is about:
👉🏽 Repurposing UGC, creator content, and customer reviews
👉🏽 Posting consistently across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
👉🏽 Turning content into high-performing assets that drive conversion

PuffCuff is a patented, pain-free alternative to elastic hair ties—made for thick, curly, and textured hair. Our focus is simple: get this solution in front of the millions of people who need it but don’t know it exists.

This role is execution-driven with a strategic lens. You’ll take existing content—UGC, creator videos, and customer reviews—and turn it into consistent, high-performing short-form content across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Not every post will be from scratch. This is about repurposing, recognizing what works, and doing more of it.

This is a part-time contractor role (about 12 hours per week). It is not a retainer position, but there is potential for longer-term work based on performance. Selected candidates will complete a paid content test.
