What you'll do:

✍️ Create content that gets us noticed: articles, LinkedIn posts, short videos and webinars

Newsifier is growing fast. We power more than 400 modern newsrooms with an all-in-one publishing platform.

On top of this we are shipping a new generation of AI analytics tools that show publishers exactly what their audience wants to read next and how to win in Google Discover.Β 

We are looking for someone has experienced first hand the same challenges as our customers and can help create interesting content (blog posts, linkedin posts and video) around those challenges.

But also someone that is not afraid to run online demos or webinars to show how our software can help news publishers grow their traffic.

Ideally you come from journalism, you have done SEO and content strategy (not just writing the articles, but deciding what gets written and why), and you understand the daily pressures of a newsroom because you have lived them.Β

What you will do

  • Produce content that gets us noticed: articles, LinkedIn posts, short videos, and the occasional webinar. You are comfortable on camera and not afraid to put yourself out there.
  • Become a recognisable voice and ambassador for Newsifier in the publishing world. Build connections, grow a community around what we do, and get our name in front of the right people.
  • Run product demos and sales calls, and do light personalised outreach (for example short Loom videos to high-potential prospects).
  • Follow up on opportunities and help move deals forward. Sales is more than the demo, and you are happy to own that.
  • Feed insight back into the product. As a former publisher, your view on what works in a newsroom is valuable to us internally too.

What we will handle for you

You do not need to be a marketing technician. The funnels, retargeting, pixels and the sales tooling are set up and managed separately. You focus on the part that is hard to outsource: the taste, the industry knowledge, the voice, and the relationships.

Who you are

  • Background in online publishing, ideally with hands-on SEO and content strategy experience.
  • You understand news publishers from the inside out: how they think, what they struggle with, and how to grow their traffic
  • A strong, credible communicator in English, in writing and on video.
  • Comfortable switching between creating content and talking to prospects in the same day.
  • Self-directed. You can use AI tools well and take ownership of output rather than waiting for instructions.

Nice to have

  • Existing network in European publishing.
  • Experience building an audience or community (newsletter, LinkedIn following, etc.).
  • A second European language.

  • Fully remote, work from anywhere.
  • We are open to both part-time growing to full-time or starting full-time.
  • Compensation based on experience
