hi yes: we're hiring. ✨

we (myself (Caitlyn Looney) + Josie Plenke-Hammond) are looking for associate social strategists who will primarily frolic in Community Management Land. yes, i just invented that.

you might be a fit if you:
❤️ love writing (quick, funny, sharp + you do it a lot)
📚 can read a room (virtual + IRL; you know what the community is saying + what it means)
📑 like turning chaos into order (playbooks, matrices, workflows, POVs)
✍️ relish the craft of a good reply (the kind that makes people feel seen)
🫣 can put up with my parentheticals (it's just what's happening today, i guess)

this is not a “make cool content and post” role. it’s: have fun, earn trust, protect the space, catch the moments + turn everyday interactions into real community. nbd, right?

ps: if you know someone who would eat this up, please share!
