- You love people. You love chatting with people, coaching them, getting them excited.

- You're incredibly organized, very detail oriented and great at creating processes

- You know when to break process too, to make magic happen

- You're scrappy and have a "can do" mindset

- You're fast paced and have a deep sense of urgency, you're allergic to the feeling of discussing something in circles and not doing it

- You believe community and retention are at the heart of an epic brand!

- You love design and creativity
