Location: Lagos, Nigeria (Hybrid/Remote flexibility)
Type: Contract (6 months, renewable)
Remuneration: ₦300,000/month

We’re looking for a Community & Programs Manager to help us build, engage, and grow thriving online communities, fostering collaboration and delivering impactful programs for students, educators, and partners.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute strategies to engage and grow our online community.
• Coordinate online programs, events, and initiatives that foster learning and collaboration.
• Manage day-to-day community interactions, respond to inquiries, and nurture meaningful connections.
• Conduct research to understand community needs and recommend engagement opportunities.
• Oversee creation and sharing of community-focused content (newsletters, social posts, blogs).
• Track and report on engagement metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand voice and goals.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years’ experience in community management, program coordination, or similar role.
• Strong communication, writing, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to plan and execute online initiatives with measurable results.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, online community tools, and basic analytics.
• Creativity, problem-solving skills, and a genuine passion for education and technology.
• Scrappy & driven professional who may not know it all, but is smart & ready to give all it takes to get the job done.
