This role is perfect for someone who loves social media, knows how to create content that resonates, and can spot growth opportunities in the wild. You’ll help us pitch Rella to the right people, grow our presence online and in community spaces, and support our marketing team across campaigns.

We're a small, fast-moving, and profitable startup founded by creators and operators who know the pain points of managing content, clients, and campaigns firsthand. Our mission is to make managing social media easier and be the go-to tool for content-driven project management.
We're looking for a creative, organized, and highly motivated Community & Growth Marketing Associate to join our team and help grow Rella’s user base, brand presence, and community relationships. You’ll work directly with our founding team to bring campaigns to life, build relationships with other social media managers, and champion our product in creator, freelancer, and agency circles. You will be employee #1 outside of our founding team!
