Most communications and marketing roles are about telling the story.
This one is about helping create the category.
We're looking for a Communications & Marketing Manager to work directly with me and our leadership team as we build what will become the next generation of AI data center infrastructure.
This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, customers, media, and leadership. It's ideal for someone who enjoys making deeply technical work understandable without sacrificing accuracy.
If you're excited about building a category, not just marketing within one, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Description
We're hiring a mid-level to upper-level Communications & Marketing Manager to own the day-to-day execution of Karman's external voice and internal alignment as we scale from early commercial deals into a category-defining company. This is a builder's role: you'll work directly with the CEO and leadership team to turn deeply technical, fast-moving work (customer deals, product milestones, engineering breakthroughs) into clear, credible communications — both to the outside world and across our own team.
You won't be starting from zero — there's an existing point of view, a growing library of technical narrative, and senior leadership deeply engaged in comms. What we need is someone who can take that raw material and turn it into consistent execution: content calendars, drafts, internal updates, press coordination, and event/launch logistics.
